We have a very similar set of chains to the Spike Spyder traction devices that the owners manual of your 2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport calls for that has also been confirmed as a fit for the tire size 255/50R19 that you have.
You would want the Konig K-Summit Chains part # TH02230K66. These use the same principal as the Spike Spyder devices. They attach to the lug nut, only have chains on the top of the tire tread and don't require any inner sidewall clearance.

If you suddenly loose power to all trailer lights then that usually points to a blown fuse/fuses. I checked the owner's manual for a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport to locate these fuses, the two that I found were #15 (Blue 15 Amp) and #54 (Blue 15 Amp). The LED lights on your new cargo trailer should not require resistors or diodes. Typically, resistors are used on a vehicle that switches to LED lights, but not needed for a trailer with LEDs.
You can try an adapter like part # C35FR to see if it eliminates the hyperflashing problem. It has not been tested on your vehicle but the resistors are built into the adapter. It will attach to the 4-way plug on the trailer and then plug into the 7-way connector on your Land Rover.

Though we have yet to get the chance to install the Curt # C13243 on a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, we have done an install with the Draw-Tite # 75229 on a 2016.
When this was done, we got 13 inches from the ground to the inside top of the receiver, which should be very similar, if not the same, as installing the # C13243 on your 2020.
